sales and services. RailMatch has been designed to bring the unprecedented
reach and cost savings of the Internet to the rail industry, specifically the
secondary market for used railcars and related maintenance and fleet management
services. Our goal is to create a single destination site that brings together
providers and users of rail equipment in North America. We believe RailMatch

equipment can view the offerings of qualified equipment sellers and lessors. RailMatch
provides the confidential link between buyer and seller. Prices are negotiated
between buyer and seller. RailMatch is compensated only for successful
